Bay Shore is 42.5 miles east of Penn Station and the first stop after Babylon.
You may walk from the train station to the ferry terminal ( a brisk 12 min. walk.). Or share a cab for a few dollars to the terminal. Cabs park on the east-bound (south side) of the train station.

Directions by Taxi and Limousine Service:

Tommy’s Car Service: For reservations call (631) 665-4800. This service can make pick-ups and drop-off at the terminal.
David Bros. Car Service: For reservations call (631) 665-4384. This service can only make drop-off in the Ferry Terminal. It makes pick-up at the Ferry Terminal entrance.

Ferry Tickets: Ferry Tickets: Ferry Tickets: You can get them either at the Terminal Ticket Booth or if closed on the boat. Your destination is Fair Harbor but the ferry may also stop at other communities first. Expect a 25 min. ferry ride. Enjoy the trip, it’s time to relax.
