| Corneille Estate is a direct neighbor of Ocean Beach. It
contains the Island's only school and library. A baseball field is
adjacent. The Wallace family played a major roll in this community in the
past. Dana Wallace Sr.'s beach shack has been a landmark for many years.
He has been fighting hard to keep it on the dunes despite the many bad
storms that have tried to demolish it. No shops or bars. All shopping is
done in Ocean Beach.
